IOS Sales App

I started a marketing technology startup in 2011 and by 2013 we had grown to 14 full time employees. This included a full time, outbound sales team that worked on securing subscription based marketing and advertising contracts with businesses. By that point we had established that the average sales cycle was 8 weeks. After looking into the process, we recognized that much if this time was spent on generating proposals and negotiating the service contract. I decided to see what we could do to cut that down by creating a native IOS ipad app that allowed our sales team to generate large 50 page dynamic proposals in a matter of moments rather than hours. This application had a huge impact on our business and not only cut the cycle time in half, but it also did wonders in demonstrating to customers our technical competency and professionalism.
